Each product is made to order to ensure the highest quality. Due to this our products can take up to 17 business days to arrive although they often arrive between 3-7 business days. If an order is outside of the 17 business days we can offer a refund or replacement.

We do not accept returns; rather, if you provide us with proof, within two weeks of the delivery date, that your order arrived damaged, in poor quality, late or did not arrive we will either refund you or send a replacement.
